Abstracts a minimum of 6 abstracts per day (1abst/1.15hr). Minimum of 35 cases completed per week for remote abstractors.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EMaintains a 95% accuracy rate in abstracting, suspensing and casefinding as required by the Cancer Committee Performance Improvement Plan.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EFollow-up: Identifies information necessary for a completed %22follow-up.%22 Maintains follow-up according to ACoS Standards. Able to demonstrate/obtain follow-up information via telephone calls, internet, Oacis, and Siemens to assist in follow-up. Performs data entry of information obtained in the follow-up process.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EStaging Forms: Identifies cases eligible for staging. Able to place the proper staging form in the medical record. Identify physician responsible for completing the staging form.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPrepares Charts for physician review. Assist physicians during QA review.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPeer Review: Registrar is able to review other registrar%27s abstract.
