What We’re Looking For Breezeway is hiring for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team to support our Spanish speaking clients and have an immediate impact on our client's onboarding experience. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, keep a positive attitude, and have a solid willingness to learn continuously. This role needs fluency in Spanish and English and ability to work PST hours. What You’ll Do • Work collaboratively with Sales and Client Experience teams to ensure the efficient implementation of new client accounts, ensuring synchronization across departments. • Manage the client’s experience by conducting training sessions to educate the client on best practices to succeed using Breezeway. • Actively monitor and manage the onboarding health across new client implementations, ensuring that all timelines and milestones are consistently met. • Ensure adherence to best practices by performing quality assurance through reviewing recordings and documentation of client interactions. • Proactively create, coordinate, and implement new ideas to improve the onboarding process. • Contribute to a positive team environment of collaboration, customer empathy, equality, and inclusion. • Troubleshoot client issues to resolution or escalate to the appropriate resource. • Educate clients on how to leverage our tools to simplify their complex workflows. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product to turn valuable client feedback into practical product improvements. • Develop domain expertise in property care and a deep understanding of client needs. What You’ll Bring • 2+ years of relevant experience in implementation or project management. • Experience in Technology or SaaS company • Fluency in Spanish • Proven track record for creative problem-solving for clients. • Able to navigate CRM software and web-based tools effectively. • A strong understanding of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and quick-to-learn technology integrations. • A strong understanding of Excel, with expert proficiency in conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, using shortcuts and formula functions, and sorting and filtering data.
