Onboarding Specialist - High Risk Clients - Dicetek Dubai, UAE Position Overview The Onboarding Specialist - High Risk Clients - Dicetek Dubai will be responsible for conducting enhanced due diligence reviews and ensuring compliance during the onboarding of higher-risk customers. The role requires strong knowledge of client due diligence, risk profiling, and regulatory standards to safeguard against compliance and reputational risks. Location: United Arab Emirates Location: Dubai Industry: Banking / Finance Function: Compliance / Risk Management Salary: 20000-26000 monthly (Market estimated) Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Core Duties * Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews for high-risk client onboarding * Review KYC documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards * Identify, assess, and escalate potential risks in line with internal policies * Liaise with Relationship Managers and Compliance teams to resolve documentation or process gaps * Perform risk profiling and ensure adherence to AML/CFT frameworks * Maintain accurate records, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance * Support the implementation of internal policies and procedures across onboarding activities * Contribute to process improvement initiatives for client onboarding and monitoring functions Candidate Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related discipline * 4-6 years of experience in KYC, onboarding, or compliance, preferably handling high-risk clients * Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations, customer due diligence, and enhanced due diligence processes * Experience with risk profiling, documentation review, and compliance systems * Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills * Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and stakeholders * Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory reporting requirements Why Join Us Dicetek offers the opportunity to work in a compliance-focused role where you will play a critical part in safeguarding financial institutions from risk.
