The Onboarding Specialist will guide customers through the onboarding process, working closely with various teams to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of the system.ResponsibilitiesSurface opportunities for additional Professional Services that support customer outcomes and escalate them appropriatelyCreate Salesforce Opportunities for Professional Services or expansion identified during onboardingMonitor onboarding progress to mitigate risks that could affect adoption, retention, or expansionLead structured onboarding journeys, ensuring customers gain confidence in using their systemTailor onboarding approaches to meet customer needs, goals, and workflowsProject manage onboarding timelines, expectations, risks, decisions, and deliverables across multiple customers simultaneouslyMaintain and improve onboarding workflows, SOPs, and documentation to reflect product updates, customer needs, and evolving best practicesIdentify gaps in existing processes and implement scalable improvementsContribute to the team knowledge base and internal onboarding resourcesSurface, escalate, and mitigate risks or red flags early in the onboarding processHandle internal and customer escalations with professionalism, clear communication, and timely resolutionEnsure consistency, clarity, and high quality in every customer interactionCreate resources, maintain documentation, and deliver guidance or training to colleagues on onboarding processes and best practicesCapture and share customer feedback, enhancement requests, and product insights to inform internal teamsSkillsPreferred expertise in SaaS onboarding roleExperience within Chemical Safety, EHS, or ESG domains advantageousUnderstanding of how customers use SaaS platforms in operational contextsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teamsFlexibility to accommodate meetings across time zonesResilience, adaptability, and professionalism in a fast-paced environmentContinuous learning mindset and strong sense of ownership for customer outcomesBenefitsGenerous Paid Time OffExtended Parental LeaveRobust Health CoverageAccelerated Learning PathsTeam Wellness InitiativesCompany-wide EventsEmployee Resource GroupsRecognition awardsCompany OverviewEcoOnline delivers uncomplicated environment, health and safety (EHS), chemical management and ESG/sustainability technology solutions to forward-thinking leaders.
