Onboarding Analyst
Manulife is a leading international financial services provider, and they are seeking an Onboarding Analyst to join their GWAM Operations team. The role involves collaborating with the Operations Manager to support fund onboarding and product lifecycle events, as well as managing projects and enhancing operational processes.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning new product launchesSupport the development of operating modelsHelp draft fund contracts and negotiate feesAssist in establishing accounting practices and implementing technology solutionsManage several projects simultaneously and prioritize between projectsIdentify issues, assess risks, and escalate items as neededBuild relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendorsManage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detailContribute to business process improvementsSupport vendor management activitiesFacilitate department procedures and ensure workflow integrityManage the document and procedure libraryTroubleshoot and assist in resolving complex issuesParticipate in projects and collaborative initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business. An MBA or CPA is a plus1-3 years of experience in financial services or related fieldsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work effectively within a teamProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to independently progress work with minimal supervision.
