Offline Event Operator

• Location: New York City (field-based)
• Type: Full-time
• Schedule: 5 days/week, with frequent on-site events
Overview
We are looking for a highly execution-driven Offline Event Operator (NYC) to lead and scale our TikTok Go Local Service offline activations across Los Angeles.
This role is field-based and requires daily on-site execution at hotel venues. You will be responsible not only for running events, but also for driving creator engagement and post-event business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Offline Event Execution
• Host and manage daily creator events across multiple hotel venues
• Coordinate check-in, flow, and overall event experience
• Ensure smooth execution of all event logistics and timelines
2. Creator Engagement & Content Support
• Welcome and engage creators on-site
• Guide creators through the content-shooting process (rooms, facilities, angles, etc.).
• Support/track content production to ensure high-quality output and posting volume
3. On-site Recruitment & Community Growth
• Actively recruit and engage new creators during events
• Introduce TikTok Go program, campaigns, and incentives
• Convert attendees into ongoing active creators within the ecosystem
4. Event Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track key metrics per event:
• Attendance
• Number of videos produced
• Creator onboarding & conversion
• Produce structured post-event reports
5. Post-Event Business Development
• Package event results into case studies/performance decks
• Present outcomes to hotel partners
• Support conversations to convert one-time events into long-term partnerships
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in creator recruitment / influencer marketing / sales / BD / community management
• Proven track record in conversion-driven roles
• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
