They are seeking a Customer Success Facilitator to support customers in launching and growing AI-powered dropshipping businesses by guiding and coaching them through structured programs.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate onboarding sessions for new customers, guiding them through the client’s platform and program structureConduct live coaching, group workshops, and Q&A sessions to help customers understand dropshipping fundamentals, product research, marketing strategies, and store optimizationSimplify technical and e-commerce concepts into easy-to-understand steps for beginnersTrack customer progress and identify opportunities for intervention or additional supportBuild strong customer relationships to drive engagement, retention, and successCollaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback and improve training materialsEnsure customers are aligned with best practices in store setup, ad execution, and scaling strategiesSupport community engagement and facilitate discussions within coaching groupsSkillsProven experience in facilitation, training, coaching, or customer success rolesStrong presentation and public speaking skillsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsStrong ability to create accountability and encourage action during live sessionsHigh level of integrity and accuracy in CRM documentation and process trackingComfortable navigating and teaching through platforms such as Wix, Base44, TeamDrop, Close, and CalendlyStrong organizational and follow-up skillsExperience in e-commerce, dropshipping, digital marketing, or SaaS is highly preferredBackground in training, learning & development, or coachingExperience facilitating virtual workshops or webinarsStrong understanding of online business models, paid ads, and customer journey managementPassion for helping entrepreneurs succeedCompany OverviewPeak Support provides customer service, sales operations, and business process outsourcing to high-growth companies.
