About the position
The Department of Mathematics and Statistics is seeking a motivated student to fill the role of office assistant for the Winter 2025 term. This position is designed for work-study students and will also support the Women's and Gender Studies Program. The office assistant will serve as the first point of contact for the office, handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Greet guests and answer phone calls

ā¢ Process printing and copy requests for faculty and staff

ā¢ Create flyers and social media posts

ā¢ Sort mail and manage office duties
Requirements

ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

ā¢ Must be a current undergraduate student
