Off Site Work Data Entry Clerk

Our project engineers will be with you every step of the way from design feasiblity, CAD design and design optimization for injection molding, MoldFlow analysis, plastic resin, appearance and surface texture, color, prototype, mold design and build to the end product and throughout production.
About The Role
We are excited to offer the opportunity to join our Administrative department as an Off Site Work Data Entry Clerk. This is a full-time, hourly position perfect for individuals who excel at working independently and have a keen attention to detail. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely data entry for critical business operations, all while working remotely in a flexible environment.
What You'll Do
• Input, verify, and update data into company systems with high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and organize electronic files and records for easy retrieval when necessary.
• Cross-check data for discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure deadlines for data entry tasks are met.
• Ensure compliance with company confidentiality policies while handling sensitive information.
• Provide regular status reports on completed tasks and flag any challenges or slowdowns in workflow.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
• Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 50 words per minute and strong accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while working remotely.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with exceptional communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a productive work environment.
MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATE OF AMERICA
The pay range for this role is:
20.21 - 32.61 USD per hour(Remote (Champaign, Illinois, US))
