Provide high-quality and patient-centered care to members in a primary care setting.
Utilize clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Educate patients on preventive care and self-management of chronic conditions.
Conduct thorough and accurate medical history and physical examinations.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
Prescribe and manage medications and treatments.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.
Adhere to all state and federal regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Stay current on healthcare trends and developments in primary care.
Display empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
Maintain a professional and collaborative working relationship with team members.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the healthcare team.
Continuously strive to provide exceptional patient care and improve patient outcomes.
