Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) trains you to become a Remote Online Notary (RON) or Mobile Notary, so you can notarize documents for individuals and businesses from anywhere.
WHAT YOU WILL GET
• One-time training fee: $295 (no recurring costs).
• 24/7 online course access (4–6 hours to complete).
• Certification exam included.
• Step-by-step guidance for your RON application.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform secure remote notarizations via video platform.
• (Optional) Provide mobile notary services locally.
• Verify identities and ensure document accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• At least 18+ years old.
• MUST be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• No felony criminal background.
• No prior experience required — training provided.
• Active Notary Public Seal required.
• Additional notarial bond and/or E&O insurance (or willingness to obtain).
• Signing Agent training and proficiency with home closing documents (preferred).
• Strong English language and communication skills; detail-oriented.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reliable computer, webcam, and Internet connection.
SALARY: $25.00 - $50.00 per notarization
