Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Trainer to support a global nonprofit organization in onboarding 30–45 users to their existing CRM. This is a training and enablement-focused engagement centered on driving user adoption, not system configuration or development. This individual will lead discovery, design, and delivery of a structured Salesforce training program tailored to non-technical users across fundraising, partnerships, and advocacy teams.

The role includes building role-based training materials, delivering live remote sessions, and supporting users through onboarding and post-training "hypercare.”

Key responsibilities include:
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand user workflows and training needs
• Design and deliver role-based Salesforce trainings (full vs. limited license users)
• Create training materials including decks, guides, FAQs, and workflow documentation
• Lead interactive, scenario-based live training sessions (recorded for reuse)
• Provide post-training support via office hours and user Q&A
• Iterate on training approach based on feedback and adoption trends
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple global regions

Requirements:
• 5–8+ years of experience delivering Salesforce training and enablement
• Strong experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack or nonprofit CRM environments
• Proven ability to build and deliver training programs from scratch
• Experience training non-technical users and driving user adoption
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working across global teams and time zones
• Ability to create structured documentation and reusable training assets

Nice to Have:
• Background in nonprofit, fundraising, or advocacy organizations
• Experience with Salesforce Chatter and knowledge base/LMS content creation
• Change management or user adoption strategy experience
