NJ‑Licensed Attorney Needed to File Civil Rights (§1983) Action

Remote Full-time
Project Overview

The plaintiff is a property‑owning titled company, and the matter involves municipal actions that have interfered with lawful development rights.

A subject‑matter‑experienced paralegal has already completed substantial background work, including factual organization, document review, and preliminary drafting. I now require a licensed NJ attorney to take the lead, refine the legal strategy, finalize filings, and represent the client.
