New Product Introduction Engineer
A leading manufacturing company is hiring a New Product Introduction Engineer to support a manufacturing team. This permanent role is based in a hybrid on-site regional location. The position focuses on managing the commercialization of new products from development to production, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launches.
*New Product Introduction Engineer Responsibilities:*
* Oversee the entire NPI process from engineering handoff to product release.
* Coordinate with suppliers and quality teams on first article plans.
* Serve as the technical liaison between engineering and manufacturing partners.
* Manage ERP system setup and bill of materials structures.
* Facilitate communication across procurement, finance, marketing, and transportation teams.
*New Product Introduction Engineer Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
* Between 3 and 7 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T standards.
* Experience working with contract manufacturers and NPI programs.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
