Key Responsibilities

 Manage a small caseload to ensure each student receives personalized attention and support.

Required Skills
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to create effective and engaging online learning environments.
 Flexibility in adapting to the diverse learning requirements of ELL students.
Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in a related field.
 An active teaching license in Tennessee, accompanied by a PK-12 ESL Certification.
 Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred; however, we welcome applications from new educators eager to make a difference.
Compensation And Benefits
 Employment Type: This position is structured as a 1099 contract role.
 Pay: Competitive weekly compensation, ranging from (30 to )40 per hour based on experience and specific job requirements.
