New Club Opening Project Manager

We're looking for a New Club Operations Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is excited to help bring new clubs to life. This is a remote role based in Illinois, Indiana, or Michigan, with up to 50% travel required to support new club openings. As VASA continues to grow, this role is hands-on and on-site during critical phases of each launch--partnering closely with teams to ensure every club opens on time, on budget, and ready to deliver an exceptional member experience. HOW YOU WILL CHANGE LIVES As the New Club Operations Project Manager, you are responsible for driving the execution of every new club opening--ensuring each location launches on time, on budget, and fully operational. You'll own the full operational readiness timeline, coordinating across HR, Marketing, IT, Construction, and Facilities to ensure hiring, training, equipment, and systems are aligned for opening day. From managing budgets and vendor relationships to tracking progress against key milestones, you'll keep multiple complex projects moving forward simultaneously. This role requires constant prioritization, problem-solving, and real-time decision-making. You'll identify risks early, remove roadblocks, and adjust plans as needed to ensure every opening stays on track--while maintaining the high standards our members and teams expect.
