Senior Medical Writer - Oncology (Remote)

Our client, a leading medical communications agency, is seeking a Senior Medical Writer with deep expertise in oncology to support both promotional medical education and medical affairs initiatives. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work across innovative oncology brands and collaborate with a high performing, cross functional team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop scientifically accurate, engaging, and strategically aligned content for promotional med ed and medical affairs deliverables (e.g., slide decks, speaker briefs, advisory board materials, patient education, digital assets).
• Translate complex clinical data into clear, compelling narratives tailored to HCP audiences.
• Collaborate closely with medical directors, account teams, and clients to ensure content meets strategic objectives and regulatory standards.
• Participate in client calls, KOL interviews, and scientific congresses as needed.
• Review and annotate references to support claims and ensure compliance with industry guidelines.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of medical writing experience in an agency or medical communications setting.
• Strong background in oncology; familiarity with current treatment landscapes and emerging therapies.
• Experience writing for both promotional and medical affairs audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD or preferred).
