Radiology & Imaging Consultants (RIC) is a 100% radiologist-owned private practice based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Founded in 1983, RIC consists of 34 fellowship-trained radiologists and 7 APPs, providing comprehensive diagnostic radiology and image-guided therapies.
RIC serves:
• UCHealth Memorial Hospital System
• San Luis Valley Health System
• United States Olympic & Paralympic Training Center
On-site partnership-track position
• Body Imaging
• 2-year partnership track for new graduates
• Shortened partnership consideration for experienced radiologists
Schedule & Work Environment
• Primarily on-site, with multiple remote shifts
• Mix of subspecialty and general radiology
• Day shifts with additional swing shifts
• ~10 weekends per year, with a post-call day off
• 10 weeks of vacation including weekend before and after, additional single days off
• Opportunities for internal moonlighting
• 24/7 administrative support
Compensation & Benefits
• $500,000 – Year 1
• $525,000 – Year 2
• Nominal partnership buy in
• Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 (based on experience), or fellowship stipend
• Health, dental, and vision insurance starting day one
• Life and disability insurance
• Malpractice insurance
• CME reimbursement fund
• 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution, full profit sharing as partner
• Cash balance plan once partner
