Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions via chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot common technical issues related to streaming services and devices.
Provide account and billing support, including subscription updates and cancellations.
Ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Qualifications
Must reside in or near Durham, NC.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Customer service or helpdesk experience is preferred but not required.
A stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace are necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
