Job Summary
In this role, you'll provide support to Netflix subscribers via phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities
Assist Netflix customers with troubleshooting technical problems related to streaming and device compatibility.
Provide support for billing inquiries, account management, and subscription-related questions.
Record all customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Maintain professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
Must reside in or near Lincoln, NE.
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home are required.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay range: $20–$28 per hour.
Full-time, remote position.
