National Account Specialist

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Audit compliancy with National Account customers to ensure value, products, and services offerings align with agreed objectives
- Insure standard Operating Procedures are followed, including order frequency, order push, and Approved Product List (APL)
- Identify and document findings using digital auditing and reporting tools
- Monitor reports, document and communicate actionable items as needed
- Report findings from the Collision Shops to respective sales teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer Service Experience
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quick learner
- Minimum 1 + years' experience in automotive or similar market
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic Industry Knowledge is a Plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of automotive products and services
