n8n Automation Engineer (Lead List Builder)
We need an experienced n8n expert to build a robust, production-ready workflow that helps us automatically generate and maintain a high-quality list of ~3,000 decision-makers at SEO-focused agencies (US/UK/Canada, roughly 20–50 employees) and output the results into Google Sheets with clean, deduplicated rows. The workflow should ingest company candidates from approved sources, enrich each company with basic firmographic data, score/classify whether it is truly an SEO agency (and exclude irrelevant companies like SaaS startups, communities, media, affiliates, staffing, or generic “digital marketing” shops where SEO is not core), then find 1 decision-maker per company (Founder/CEO/Owner) and enrich them with LinkedIn profile URLs and work emails when available through compliant providers. The automation must include strict data hygiene: validation rules, confidence scores, email verification status (valid/catch-all/risky/unknown), deduping at company and contact levels, retry logic and rate-limit handling, and clear logging/observability so we can debug issues and track throughput.
