Key Responsibilities
• Curate, update, and maintain a diverse portfolio of engaging music playlists across various genres, moods, and themes.
• Utilize analytics and audience data to inform playlisting decisions, optimizing for listener engagement, retention, and discovery.
• Research and identify emerging artists, songs, and musical trends to keep playlists fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and data teams to align playlist strategies with broader campaign goals and content initiatives.
• Ensure all curated content adheres to copyright guidelines, licensing agreements, and quality standards.
• Develop and refine editorial guidelines for playlist creation, ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and appeal.
• Provide insights and feedback on music performance, contributing to continuous improvement of our auditory offerings.
