Responsibilities
Β Maximize the quality of music instruction through private lessons and show rehearsals.

Β Ensure students are learning the fundamentals of music, not just songs, using the School of Rock MethodΒ.

Β Create and document thoughtful lesson plans using our patented teaching Method, Books and Method App.
,
Β Communicate with parents on the progress of students by creating quality lesson notes and assignments in the School of Rock Method App for at-home practice.
,
Β Interact with parents and students regularly by being visible and accessible while at the school.
,
Β Pitch in during canceled lessons in the overall execution of the program.
,
Β Assist in rehearsals and with the upkeep of lesson facilities.
Requirements
Β 2+ years experience teaching and/or performing music professionally.

Β Knowledge of music theory and curriculum design.

Β Strong customer relations skills.
,
Β Excellent ability to deal well with a wide range of customers.

Β Strong organizational skills.

Β Resourceful; good problem-solver.
