Key Responsibilities
Player Support & Technical Assistance

Act as the primary point of contact for players speaking German, English, and Russian, delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate support across all free‑to‑play mobile game platforms.
Manage inbound tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with support engineers to resolve complex problems efficiently.
Provide clear, step‑by‑step guidance to users of varying technical proficiency, ensuring they feel confident and satisfied with the resolution.


Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with production, quality assurance, design, programming, legal, and marketing teams to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
