Overview: Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) to lead our technical team and drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality Vlocity solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development skills with leadership capabilities to guide complex projects and mentor team members. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Vlocity solutions for Telecommunication industry vertical. - Drive the development and customization of OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards) to meet evolving business needs. - Oversee integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and external systems. - Provide technical leadership in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and other Salesforce platform technologies. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and project managers to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. - Establish best practices and standards for code quality, testing, deployment, and documentation within the team. - Lead code reviews, provide mentorship to developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Manage technical risks and resolve complex issues impacting project delivery and system performance. - Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and version control tools to streamline development workflows. - Stay current with Salesforce and Vlocity product releases and evaluate their impact or benefits for ongoing projects. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, help with sprint planning, estimation, and ensure timely delivery of features. - Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations when required.
