Job Description: The MRI Tech will operate MRI equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes. Duties include explaining procedures to patients, positioning patients correctly, selecting appropriate imaging techniques, and ensuring the quality and safety of imaging procedures. The MRI Tech will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and following established protocols and guidelines.
Job Details
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shifts: M-F, days hours 9-6
5 8-hour shifts
Work Schedule: 40-hour work weeks
On Call: As needed
Job Requirements:
Certification: Must have ARRT (MR)
Experience: 2 years of experience working as an MRI Tech
Certification: BLS through AHA
Screening: Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Education: Associate's degree in Radiology
