MoxaNEXT: Career Development Program
Moxa is dedicated to enabling connectivity for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and is offering the MoxaNEXT: Career Development Program for recent engineering graduates. Participants will receive training in industrial networking and automation while exploring career paths in Technical Sales, Product Marketing, and Applications Engineering. Responsibilities Develop a strong technical foundation through Moxa’s structured training program on products, solutions, and applications Support customer engagement by preparing demos, proofs of concept, and technical presentations Partner with Sales Engineers on strategic accounts to understand customer challenges and propose solutions Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials Provide applications support to customers and sales teams, ensuring successful adoption of Moxa solutions Represent Moxa at trade shows, training events, and customer-facing activities Demonstrate and uphold Moxa’s core values in all interactions Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field Strong technical foundation with an interest in customer-facing career paths (sales, product marketing, applications engineering) Understanding of Ethernet networking fundamentals (wired and wireless) Troubleshooting experience with Windows or Linux systems Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn Prior project management, business planning, or leadership experience is a plus Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (Medical & Dependent Care) 100% Paid Parental Leave Paid Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance Supplemental Life Insurance Paid vacation, personal, and sick time 401(k) with company match On-site gym and kitchen access (where applicable) Arts & Culture program and paid external technical training Company Overview Moxa provides a full spectrum of quality products for industrial networking, computing, and automation.
