SUMMARY: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Divisional Pricing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Prophet 21 Pricing and a strong aptitude for analyzing pricing trends to support divisional strategy and maximize profitability. Experience in industrial automation distribution is preferred but not required. JOB DUTIES: Analyze and maintain pricing strategies using Prophet 21 Pricing module to ensure competitiveness and margin objectives. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support pricing decisions and promotional activities. Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify pricing opportunities and risks. Provide pricing reports, insights, and recommendations to divisional leadership. Assist in the implementation of pricing initiatives and system improvements. Ensure pricing data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system. Support product launch pricing and promotional programs. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience or an equivalent combination. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Proven experience with Prophet 21 Pricing module is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends. Familiarity with industrial automation distribution is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient with Excel and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
