• *Weekend Scheduler
We are currently seeking a highly reliable, flexible Weekend Scheduler. This position is great for someone who is a self-starter and pays close attention to detail.
• Pay & Schedule
• $20-$22 per hour + ON CALL BONUS - $100 per night
• Part-Time Saturday & Sunday 7a-7p
• Primarily on-call
• FULLY REMOTE POSITION*
• *Requirements
• Scheduling experience
• Must have Level 1 Finger Clearance Card or be able to obtain one.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of KanTime and homecare a plus
• Working knowledge with computers
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA rules & regulations.
• Exceptional reliability is required — this is a high-trust role where attendance is critical
• *As a member of our team, we offer:

• 4-hour orientation on Wednesdays, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• *Duties May Include:
• Answer the telephone by the third ring, triage messages and handle efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in scheduling.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in charts for all correspondence involving patient care.
• Check messages regularly throughout the day.
• Conduct quality assurance audits, identify trends, and report findings to leadership
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the client experience and caregiver performance
• Partner with the team to keep clients safely on service and at home
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
