Ternus Lending, LLC is seeking motivated and dynamic Mortgage Loan Officers to drive success in 1-4 family residential investment property lending. The role involves educating and empowering property investors while managing loan processes and achieving production goals. Responsibilities Be the go-to expert for residential property investors by educating them, originating our game-changing loan products, and helping them achieve their financial goals Stay ahead of the curve by mastering our lender product offerings, guidelines, and systems to seamlessly guide loans through Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Closing processes Spread the word by distributing compelling marketing materials and conducting customer qualification analyses Maximize your impact by efficiently managing company-supplied leads and Salesforce contact databases, ensuring timely follow-up and quality lead handling Crush your targets by consistently exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual origination production goals Skills 1+ years in residential/commercial mortgage lending (or equivalent) A natural talent for sales, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving A Bachelor's degree MLO License Benefits Commission: Earn up to 40 BPS of commission PLUS profit sharing of deal economics on the closed loan amount. All Loan Officers hired in 2026 will be granted shares in the company through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
