Mortgage Loan Officer — Exclusive Inbound Leads | Remote | High Commission

Remote Full-time
We hand you 4 high-intent borrower appointments a day. No cold calling. No marketing spend. No office.

You close them.

That's the model. Here's what it looks like in practice.

The leads and the economics
• 4 exclusive appointments per day — borrowers who've already applied and booked time with you
• Average loan revenue of ~225 bps. You get a clean split. No black-box comp grid, no surprise haircuts
• 160+ lender partners, so you can actually match the borrower to the right product
• 100% remote, no quotas, no mandatory office hours

What makes this different from every other "we give you leads" pitch
Most lead programs give you names and phone
numbers. We give you scheduled appointments with borrowers who've already started an application.

You also get something no other mortgage provider offers: Home Price Protection — a product that pays homeowners cash if local home prices decline. It's provided to your borrowers at no cost. It's a closing tool that takes a big buyer objection off the table, and it gives your Realtor partners a reason to send deals your way over the next LO.

Beyond that:
• Support team to assist with
disclosures, processing coordination, and scheduling
• Built-in Realtor matching — we connect your pre-approved buyers with agents
• CRM, automated nurture, and marketing content (we cover the spend)
• Weekly training and peer forums with producing LOs

Who does well here
This isn't a fit if you want a desk assignment, a manager checking your call logs, or a tightly scripted process
. Our top performers are experienced LOs who know how to convert warm leads, want to control their own schedule, and are
comfortable getting paid on what they close — they've run the math on what ~4 appointments a day against 225 bps loan revenue adds up to.

If you've been grinding cold calls, paying for your own leads, or watching your comp plan change every quarter, this is the opposite of that.

Requirements
• Act
ive NMLS license in one or more of: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MD, MI, NC, NV, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA, or WV
• 2+ years converting warm or inbound borrower leads
• 3–5+ closed loans in the last 6 months

Interested?
Apply now. I'll walk you through the lead flow, the comp structure, and how the system works — no recruiter, no pitch deck, just specifics.
