Montessori Childcare Guide with Mandarin Skills

We are looking for a guide for our boys who are currently home from their bi-lingual Montessori due to COVID risk. This position requires a commitment of 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday, during the day) for at least 6 months, starting as soon as possible, with options for 6-, 9-, and 12-month contracts to be discussed with applicants.

Detailed Benefits and Perks
• COVID vaccination required, with an emphasis on ongoing caution
• CPR/First Aid training required (we will cover the cost for the online course if needed)
• $500 referral bonus if you connect us with someone we hire

Compensation and Benefits
• Salary range: (45,000 - )60,000 annually ((22 - )30/hr based on experience)
• Professional pay through a payroll service
• Includes one week of paid vacation and three sick days for every six months of employment

Qualifications
• Prior experience working with children, especially in education or daycare setting
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain certification)
• COVID vaccinated and practicing ongoing caution in personal life

Education Requirements
• Relevant experience in education or child care preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in early childhood education is a plus

Experience Requirements
• Experience in a teaching or child care role preferred, particularly during challenging circumstances
