Position: Biologist (PhD)
Type:Contract
Compensation:$105/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in Biology to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
ā¢ Review complex biological content for alignment with domain principles and methodologies.
ā¢ Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
ā¢ Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated biological tasks and solutions.
ā¢ Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ PhD in Biology, Microbiology, Virology, Immunology, or closely related field.
ā¢ U.S. person currently located in a Five Eyes country.
Preferred
ā¢ Familiarity with molecular biology techniques (cloning, PCR, cell culture).
ā¢ Publication record in relevant subdomains.
ā¢ Experience interpreting primary research literature in biosecurity-adjacent areas.
