Investor Relations & Fund Raising Advisor Location: United States (Remote-friendly) Engagement: Advisory / Success Fee–based Industry: Venture Capital, AI Startups, Fundraising Experience Level: Senior / Expert Job Type: Contract / Part-time Advisory About the Role We are building a next-generation online platform that helps global AI startups raise early-stage and growth-stage funding from US-based venture capital firms. To accelerate our mission, we are looking for an experienced Fundraising Advisor who can support and guide the founders in securing institutional capital for AI companies using our platform. This role requires someone with a strong network across the US VC ecosystem, deep knowledge of AI investment trends, and a proven ability to structure and close funding rounds. If you have experience connecting high-quality startups with the right investors—and the ability to guide founders through the fundraising journey—this role is an excellent fit. What You Will Do • Advise founders navigating Seed, Pre-Series A, and Series A fundraising • Build fundraising strategies tailored to AI startup readiness and investor expectations • Refine pitch decks, investment memos, and data room materials • Introduce relevant VC firms, PE funds, family offices, and AI-focused investors • Manage end-to-end investor pipeline, from outreach to closing • Prepare founders for investor meetings and due diligence • Provide actionable insights on valuation, deal structuring, and market conditions • Help accelerate the closing of active fundraising rounds What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, venture capital, investment banking, or startup advisory • Established relationships with US VC firms, emerging managers, and AI-focused investors • Proven track record supporting startups in raising capital • Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, enterprise tech, or deep-tech investment dynamics • Ability to craft compelling investor narratives and financial stories • Exceptional communication, investor relations, and negotiation skills • Comfortable working hands-on with founders during fundraising cycles Preferred Experience • Background in VC, accelerator programs, or boutique fundraising advisory • Previously helped raise capital for early-stage AI or tech startups • Experience building pitch materials, metrics dashboards, and investment memos Compensation • Success-Fee Based • Compensation will be tied to successful funding outcomes, with scope for long-term advisory engagement.
