You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build and maintain high-performance Android applications that power loyalty programs and digital marketing experiences for major brands. This is a remote role open to candidates based in Latin America.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain advanced applications for the Android platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresEnsure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugsHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automationIntegrate with backend services and APIs to deliver seamless user experiencesParticipate in code reviews and architecture discussionsRequirements5+ years of professional Android development experienceProficient in Kotlin and JavaSolid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycleExperience with Android TV or Fire TVExperience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDK integrationsStrong grasp of Android design principles, Material Design, and best practicesFamiliarity with version control tools like GitExperience with CI/CD, automated testing, and tools like JUnit, Espresso, or Mockito is a plusExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with a distributed teamNice to HaveExperience working with mobile loyalty or marketing platformsBackground in eCommerce, digital wallets, or customer rewardsFamiliarity with analytics SDKs, push notification systems, or in-app messaging
