1️⃣ What You'll Be Doing Your job Job Summary As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will join a dynamic and fast-growing team at the forefront of digital and patient-centered clinical research. Working closely with the Clinical Operations Lead, you will be directly involved in the execution of high-visibility studies (RIPH2/3, RWE, PSP), across several therapeutic areas. This is a rare opportunity to consolidate your on-the-ground expertise while stepping into broader coordination missions: stakeholder management, process structuring, regulatory submissions, and contractual follow-up. Your daily responsibilities Clinical Study Oversight Coordinate day-to-day operational and logistical activities of clinical studies Act as the main point of contact for investigator sites, including oversight of research nurses (IDEs), CRCs, and study-related costs Support planning and follow-up of visits (site selection, initiation, monitoring, close-out) Actively contribute to study meetings and track key performance indicators Regulatory & Contractual Coordination Assist with regulatory submissions (ethics committees, ANSM) Monitor contractual workflows: single-site agreements, amendments, budget annexes Liaise with legal, clinical, and institutional stakeholders to ensure compliance Quality & Documentation Support the development of tools, trackers, SOPs, and internal templates Maintain regulatory documentation (ISF, eTMF) and ensure audit-readiness Ensure ongoing compliance with GCP, Jardé Law, ICH guidelines, and GDPR Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Medical, Life Sciences, Data, and Product teams Contribute to the onboarding and training of field stakeholders (nurses, CRCs, etc.) Participate in internal alignment meetings and external study governance committees Take part in clinical operations initiatives and cross-functional projects This is a field-based role with regular travel expected. 2️⃣ What You'll Bring You'll definitely have A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, clinical research, or biomedical engineering 4+ years of experience in clinical research (CRA, site manager, or junior project management) Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken You’re the right person if you Are structured, rigorous, and autonomous with strong prioritization skills Thrive in fast-moving, cross-functional environments Are curious, resourceful, and an excellent communicator Want to grow in an environment where ownership, impact, and collaboration are key 3️⃣ Recruitment Interview 1 with Anne-Julie Eve, Clinical Operations Lead – Role understanding & motivation Interview 2 with Grégory Bourdarot, VP Operations – Soft skills Interview 3 with Anne-Julie Eve – Practical business case & experience deep-dive Interview 4 with Arlindo Ferreira, Medical Director – Team fit Interview 5 with Emilie Filoni – Culture fit Start Date : as soon as possible GDPR : Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of recruitment related activities, which include setting up and conducting interviews and tests for applicants, evaluating and assessing the results thereto, and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment and hiring processes.
