What You’ll Do Drive 2-3 projects in the active stage from start to finish and deliver value to our customers. Define project requirements and deliverables, plan and manage their execution, monitoring and adjustments. Interpretation of business requirements to the technical team and vice versa. Estimating development efforts. Participating in customer calls and providing a project update to the customer. Organizing and keeping up-to-date Project boards. Documenting tasks: timeline, user stories and developer's tasks incl. detailed Acceptance Criteria. Coordinating the development teams including QA and designers. Testing the system before the releases. Taking full responsibility and ownership for project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them Helping with onboarding newcomers and mentoring Junior PMs.
