Currently, we are looking for a Middle Product Manager to join the Promova team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind one of our most strategic product areas - Personalization. You'll shape differentiated user journeys across key customer segments, ensuring each learner gets the right experience to succeed.
YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:
Generate high-impact hypotheses to improve user behavior and monetization within personalized user segments.Validate hypotheses through user research, A/B testing, and data-driven analysis.Own the full product development cycle: craft clear PRDs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive timely, high-quality releases.
ABOUT YOU:
2+ years in product management, incl. 1+ year as PdM on a $1M+ ARR product.Skilled in event-based analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel).Experience running A/B tests across user cohorts.Experience using growth loops to boost LTV.English level of Upper-Intermediate or above.
