The Data and Digital team is focused on developing innovative solutions, utilizing modern technologies, and delivering critical data, geo-spatial, and logistic capabilities to our customers. The Support Engineer (M365) will primarily provide Level 3 support with the team engineering and developing within the Microsoft 365 suite of applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, One Drive, Stream, Forms, and Lists. Responsibilities: SharePoint Online support and administration Teams support and administration OneDrive support and administration Power Platform and Power Apps support and development Maintain user access and permissions Deploy, configure, and manage new site collections Create and maintain end-user and/or Level 1 documentation Expectations Performs work independently. Self-motivated individual who can handle ambiguous/undefined problems and think abstractly to deliver results. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive as well as the ability to work well with diverse teams. Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to business users and other technical engineering teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to weigh various suggested technical solutions against the original business needs and recommend the best technical solution Demonstrate curiosity and flexibility to diverse styles and perspectives that could drive business outcomes Maintain knowledge of M365 changes and roadmap Education/Certifications: BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience Experience/Minimum Requirements: 2 years of professional experience in an end-user support role Experience supporting Microsoft products Understanding of ITIL framework Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter.
