AI-Driven Product Engineer (Talent Pool)

You will not only build — you will drive solutions forward, make decisions, and ensure what gets delivered works in real operational environments.
What you’ll do
• Own problems end-to-end: from initial understanding to production and iteration
• Design and build solutions across the stack with a focus on simplicity, scalability, and impact
• Translate real operational needs into working systems
• Identify root causes and solve problems at the system level
• Continuously improve workflows, tools, and processes to reduce friction
• Contribute to product and technical decisions, not just execution
• Use AI as part of your daily workflow to build faster, debug more effectively, and optimize systems
• Ensure reliability, performance, and clarity in everything you deliver
What we’re looking for
• Strong engineering fundamentals and experience building real, production-level systems
• Ability to work across different layers of the stack
• Product mindset: you understand problems, make trade-offs, and focus on outcomes
• High ownership and accountability for results
• Comfort operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities
• Ability to structure and simplify complex problems
• Experience or strong inclination to use AI as a core part of your work
• Clear communication and ability to operate autonomously while staying aligned
Technical experience (relevant but not limiting):
• Designing and working with APIs (REST or similar), with clear service boundaries
• Experience with asynchronous or event-driven systems (queues, messaging, etc.)
• Working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar) and modern deployment practices

• You move problems forward without waiting for direction
• You build solutions that are clear, maintainable, and effective
• Systems improve over time because of your work
• You contribute to both execution and decision-making
• Your presence makes the team faster and more effective
