Metrics Advisor (SQL Developer)

About the position

The Metrics Advisor is responsible for supporting the company-wide metrics and reporting strategy. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law. Responsibilities
β€’ Develops in-depth analytical reports.
β€’ Provides support for Level I & II analysts.
β€’ Designs formats for data studies and analyses.
β€’ Works with internal customer to determine additional metrics needed.
β€’ Designs complex systems, databases and reports to analyze and evaluate data from multiple repositories.
β€’ Works with Advisors to review and interpret data results.
β€’ Develops written narratives, table charts and graphs to display data.

Requirements
β€’ Requires BA/BS degree in business or math related field and a minimum of 3 years of data collection and analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice-to-haves
β€’ Advanced working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
β€’ Tableau experience is a plus.
β€’ Understanding of metrics and statistical calculations strongly preferred.
β€’ Strong presentation and analytical skills preferred.
