Member Support Specialist

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process referral requests from care coaches to behavioral health providers and health plan resources
- Coordinate appointment scheduling for behavioral health provider visits, providing support to members
- Assist members in initiating their program journey by providing essential resources
- Monitor and respond to changes in member plan eligibility for enrollment updates
- Review and upload session notes and documents from provider offices to member charts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare; behavioral health experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and healthcare documentation systems
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously while handling multiple tasks
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with specified download and upload speeds

- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for providing excellent customer experience
