Data Analyst I

We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients. TRG is seeking a Data Analyst I to join our team in supporting the General Services Administration (GSA). This position is currently remote and Part Time; approximately 20-29 hours per week (hours may vary). Duties and Responsibilities: Entry of requested GSA vendor partner container bookings from GSA system into IBSSUST system. Entry of IBSSUST booking confirmation into GSA system. Coordination via email with GSA and Vendor to confirm IBSSUST booking. Creation of Transportation Control Movement Document (TCMD) via GATES - entry of confirmed container information provided by vendor partner into GATES system (final booking). Coordination via email with GSA and Vendor to provide TCMD. Management of Hazmat Documentation Ad hoc support of modifications or updates to existing bookings via phone or email. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years of relevant work experience is required. Must be Public Trust clearance eligible. Must obtain ECA certificate for access to US Military sites. - Training will be provided. Must obtain Shipper Certification with IBS Sustainment Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) - Training will be provided. Must obtain certification for access to GATES - Training will be provided. Understanding of Commercial Shipping processes preferred.
