Member Services Representative- FULLY REMOTE
TekSystems is currently hiring for a FULLY REMOTE Member Services Representative, These positions MUST sit 60 miles within VA Beach to be considered.
MUST HAVE: Any call center, receptionist, financial (Banking), or something similar experience! Must be able to pass a credit and background check! Must be able to start within the next few weeks! Must have a quiet work space. These positions are... high off of a resume if you pass the assessments!
Description
To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Success profile: -Call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist, baking/mortgage, professional environment or high volume retail environment.
