Responsibilities Quickly respond to member inquiries via phone, email text and live chat, making it easy for them to work with us Provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, renewal inquiries, and our online portal with ease and accuracy Skills Ability to switch between multiple applications to complete tasks Strong memory for details and ability to prioritize competing tasks Critical thinking skills to solve problems Experience in a customer service role, such as in a restaurant, school, or retail store Clear communication skills, both over the phone and in writing Integrity and a strong work ethic Benefits $100 per month to those who commute into a PURE office three days or more a week.
