Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective members via phone, chat, and email
Guide prospects through our website, answering questions regarding Medicare eligibility and benefits
Assist prospects with self-enrollment and complete enrollments via phone for those who require support
Adhere to all CMS compliance regulations and maintain required certifications
Requirements:
High level of comfort with online/website navigation
Valid license to sell healthcare plans
Minimum of 2 years of experience selling Medicare plans in a telesales environment
Ability to pass AHIP exam on an annual basis and maintain required carrier certifications
Adherence to all CMS compliance regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish skills
Education and Compensation:
High School Diploma required
Competitive salary with a pay range of $15.00 - $24.23 per hour
