Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Entering customer and account data from source documents with high accuracy and attention to detail
Entering new SKUs and pricing in the system, ensuring data consistency and integrity
Verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material, identifying and correcting errors as needed
Uploading documents and backup records in the Salesforce system, maintaining organized digital files
Monitoring aging of accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and facilitating the collection process to ensure timely payments
Reconciling Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
Conducting a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis, maintaining accurate inventory records
Providing administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access), with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on data integrity and quality control
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analysis
1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
