Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed individual sales targets within the East Valley, AZ market.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing Medicare members in the community through in-person meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Educate Medicare beneficiaries on Humana's products and services, and assist them in making informed decisions about their healthcare options.
Act as a subject matter expert on Medicare plans, policies, and regulations, and stay up-to-date on any changes or updates in the market.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless and positive experience for Medicare members.
Utilize various sales techniques, such as cold calling, door-to-door sales, and referrals, to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential members to understand their healthcare needs and tailor sales presentations accordingly.
Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, including leads, conversions, and member information.
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats to Humana's sales objectives.
