I am looking to bring on one to two full-time, career-focused Medicare Insurance Advisors to join a growing organization built on consistency, structure, and long-term success. This is not a part-time, seasonal, or side opportunity. We intentionally keep opportunities limited to ensure quality support and long-term advisor success.

I am a Managing General Agent with over five years of experience in the Medicare industry and more than 4,000 Medicare Advantage policies personally written. Our organization is intentionally designed to support advisors through hands-on training, consistent lead flow, administrative support, and controlled growth so opportunities remain strong and sustainable.

We are selectively expanding into key markets and are looking for motivated professionals ready to commit fully to their success.



Work Structure & Environment

Our flagship office is located in Cicero, New York and serves as the operational hub for our administrative and support staff. While proximity to the office is not required, this team plays a critical role in supporting advisors with client management and business operations.

Advisors operate from a home office or privately rented office and primarily conduct one-on-one client meetings, with most appointments taking place face-to-face.

This opportunity can be applied in multiple markets and is not limited to one geographic location. Our proven model can be trained and duplicated wherever the right individual is located.

Compensation Overview
• Levelized commission structure designed for income consistency
• Weekly commission payments on new business
• Ongoing renewal income on retained clients
• Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities
• No income cap
